NBC has made a study of foot detox pads a few months ago. Actually, a laboratory, some before and some use given for the use. They - the laboratory and investigative reporter for NBC - decided that he did not do what the company says what they do.
Hard to say ... I have never tried, and nobody seems to be really comprehensive overview of the have done, before / after the chemical composition and quantity of goods. If you really want, they are also sweating detox (IR May, perhaps), lots of water, a little faster, and herbs.
If you are running the ads, it seems that everything went black feet, which is very misleading, the black stuff seen on the pad. I am a great believer in alternative medicine and therapies, but I personally feel like the pills are a hoax.
